Saint Patrick’s Cathedral Terms & Conditions

Your commitment to us

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Saint Patrick’s Cathedral and yourself.

Prices

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.

Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations.

Online Booking

Once purchased on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold.

Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.

Please bring along your booking reference number and/or email print out.

Prices are correct at time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.

Tickets are valid for 15 minutes on either side of the time selected, except when the Cathedral is closed. Tickets redeemed more than 15 minutes on either side of the time selected can be accepted at the discretion of the Cathedral staff.

Entrance Fees

The Cathedral operates primarily as a place of worship. Daily services occur in the Cathedral and all are welcome to attend. Entrance fees apply to visitors who wish to see the Cathedral outside of service times.

Last Admission

Last admission is 30 minutes before closing.

Closures

Saint Patrick’s closes for events such as graduations, filming, or concerts, and ticket availability will be updated accordingly. Occasionally, the Cathedral closes at short notice for funerals. In the event of a last-minute closure, visitors who have purchased tickets online will be notified and a refund will be issued. The Cathedral is closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Saint Stephen’s Day (26 December).
